Ari has been actively involved in the real estate profession for over fifteen years. Ari has successfully negotiated purchase and sale contracts ranging from starter residential houses to luxury estates, Multi-Unit apartment buildings to commercial shopping centers. Prior to founding Epic One Real Estate, Ari was Managing Trustee of an investment trust which owned and operated several shopping centers and retail establishments. After Graduating with Honors from SDSU in 1988 with a degree in Business, Ari gained valuable experience, quickly becoming a leader, as one of the most billable Senior Business Consultant's with Anderson Consulting and Ernst & Young working out of Los Angeles, Chicago, and San Diego.
